Yugong Yishan refers to an ancient Chinese fable of an old man coined a fool for attempting to move the mountains that blocked the path in front of his house. Yugong Yishan is also one of the stories found in the Little Red Book, which Mao used to fight against imperialism and feudalism. Today, Yugong Yishan is the name of a small music bar located in the heart of Beijing, which has already been marked for demolition. This interesting documentary shows how the spirit of the Old Fool has persisted through the different generations.
