The scriptwriter of Johnnie To’s most important films, he has worked with the famous director on 24 occasions. In fact, so far he has worked exclusively for the Milkway production company. He is the author of the screenplays that have enabled Hong Kong’s most reputed director to make a name for himself all over the world. From his mind have come such acclaimed films as Exiled and Election, which have been screened at all the top-rank festivals. He made his directing debut with Eye in the Sky, which is his only film as a director to date.
